Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

Since the entity (business, corporation, company, etc.) Oded Talmor (hereinafter “the Company”), respects the privacy of users on the websites it manages and operates (hereinafter “the Websites”), the Company has decided to publish its privacy protection policy on the Websites, and it undertakes to uphold this policy towards the user.

The purpose of the policy is to explain the Company’s practices regarding user privacy on the Websites, and how the Company uses information provided to it by users on the Websites or collected by it during use of the Websites.

General When using the Website services, information about you is collected. Statistical information transferred will not identify you personally.

Disclosure to Third Parties The Company will not transfer your personal details and information collected about your activity on the site to third parties except in the cases detailed below:

If you purchase products and services from third parties offering them for sale through the Websites, the information required by them to complete the purchase process will be transferred to those third parties

Cookies The Company’s website uses “cookies” for its routine and proper operation, including collecting statistical data about website usage, authenticating details, adapting the website to your personal preferences, and for information security purposes.

Third-Party Advertisements
The Company allows other companies to manage the advertising array on the Websites. The ads you view while visiting the Websites come from the computers of those companies. To manage their ads, these companies place cookies on your computer. The cookies allow them to collect information about the sites where you viewed their ads and which ads you clicked on. The use these companies make of cookies is subject to their privacy policies and not the Company’s privacy policy.

Information Security The Company implements up-to-date information security systems and procedures on its websites. While these systems and procedures minimize the risks of unauthorized access, they do not provide absolute security. Therefore, the Company does not guarantee that its services will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in them.

Right to Access Information According to the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, every person is entitled to access the information about them held in a database. A person who accessed the information about them and found it to be inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or not updated, may contact the owner of the database with a request to correct or delete the information.

Terms of Use

1. The use of the website, its content and services provided on it, are offered to you subject to your acceptance of all the terms included in these regulations.

2. Browsing the website and/or registering as a subscriber to receive its services will be considered your consent to these terms.

3. The website management may suspend, block or immediately terminate the user’s access to the service if they violate the terms of the regulations.

4. The website management may update the terms of the regulations from time to time.

6. Registration is intended and permitted for ages 18 and over only. By registering, you declare that you are indeed over 18 years old.

11. This regulation will be subject to Israeli law. Jurisdiction over it lies with the competent courts in Petah Tikva.
